So has anyone else gone thru a period of looking at the clock and knowing sooo badly that you need sleep or the next day is going to be rough but are not able to sleep?  This has been my new pattern for a few weeks, I think it may be due to having a new baby and now two children to worry about awakening etc. my body just isn't letting me go back to sleep after a feeding anymore…the coffee makes me feel worse in the long run and I am sooo run down.  I know it is only temporary but I am pretty exhausted and am ready for some shut eye maybe tonight will be better? My husband even tries to help but I still cannot sleep even if he takes a feeding:(
